This vacant property is a textbook example of the failures in the current system. The City of Cleveland Heights has classified it as part of it's Land Reutilization Program. It's been sitting in that government owned state for 6 years. It has been forgotten. The condition of the property speaks even louder than it's history. Shattering windows, deteriorating roof, peeling paint, rotting wood, gutted interior, and an open back door for anyone to wander in. This needs to be addressed NOW.
